The objective of El Plan, tú decides is to be the player with most innovate business ideas after twelve rounds (1 year).
In the game there are:
3 resources: money, energy, workforce
3 processes: logistics, production and marketing
3 goods: raw material, consumer goods and services
Every player will receive a business card that tells him which his strengths are. With his abilities he will be able to produce 2 of the 3 kinds of goods the game has. They produce these goods by using processes to transform resources into goods.
The boards has several places where you can get resources, have additional processes, buy and sell goods, buy cards (which give new abilities) and others.
By the end of every year players can transform 3 good, 1 of each, into an innovate idea. This can happen as many times as they like, if they have the necessary goods. Also, innovate ideas can be used as a joker for money, energy or workforce during the game.
Since each player is able to produce only 2 of the 3 goods, they will be forced to buy the third one every time they want to create an innovate idea.
